Kenya Union of Professional Secretaries and Executive Assistants
(KUPSEA) is a trade union registered in Kenya in accordance with
section 12(3) of THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT 2007.
We are a dedicated union committed to empowering Professional
Secretaries and Executive Assistants across Kenya. Our primary goals
are to advocate for rights and fair treatment, provide professional
development and training opportunities, and ensure that our
members are recognized and valued for their essential contributions
in the workplace. Together, we aim to elevate the standards of our
profession and secure a better future for all our members
KUPSEA will advocate for fair working conditions, protection against unfair dismissal, and ensure that members' rights as employees are upheld according to the Kenyan Constitution and Labor Relations Act.
Members will have access to workshops, seminars, and training programs designed to enhance their skills, knowledge, and career growth
Members can access legal advice and support on workplace-related issues, helping them navigate any challenges with confidence.
KUPSEA provides a platform for members to connect with other Professional Secretaries and Executive Assistants, sharing experiences, insights, and opportunities.
